【女子酗酒日常】 克魯斯康保啤酒 Cruzcampo Cerveza Pilsen．西班牙田野風情

「 克魯斯康保啤酒 」（Cruzcampo Cerveza Pilsen）來自西班牙賽維亞（Serville），傳承逾百年的品牌建立於西元 1904 年，歷經出售、易主，目前已改由西班牙海尼根（HEINEKEN España）經營，據說至今仍是沿用傳統配方呢。Cerveza 在西班牙語是「啤酒」的意思，而克魯斯康保啤酒在西班牙不僅是處處可見的國民啤酒，同時也是西班牙足球國家代表隊的贊助者。

品牌名稱 Cruzcampo 取自鄰近酒廠的歷史地標 La Cruz del Campo，直譯名稱便是「田野中的十字架」，相當詩意。這座據傳自 14 世紀便已存在的古蹟屬於哥德式建築，由四座寬柱支撐著上方尖拱和圓頂，正中央則聳立著十字架、典雅莊嚴。

雖然 La Cruz del Campo 目前仍矗立在原地，並曾在西班牙海尼根廠的金援下修復、補強，但西班牙政府似乎沒有特別管制周邊環境，因此除了靠馬路的兩側外，另外兩側已被公寓建築環繞、喪失原本「田野中的十字架」美名，從位在旅客必經之途的朝聖點，變成鴿子群聚的社區空間。

這讓我聯想到忠孝橋尚未拆除時的北門，同樣是隱身在城市中被現代人遺忘的古蹟，其實像這樣自帶氣場的歷史建築就有如鮮花般，只要清除周邊雜亂無章的雜草，便能重新綻放光彩。

得知這段歷史後，總覺得克魯斯康保啤酒的中文譯名如果能採用意譯、取名為「田野十字架啤酒」也許更具行銷空間，音譯的「克魯斯康保啤酒」一直讓我聯想到康寶濃湯啊！

回到啤酒本身，克魯斯康保啤酒的大紅色罐身充滿西班牙風情，罐身插畫中舉杯的微醺角色，便是歐洲神話中啤酒之王 Gambrinus 的現代版，Cruzcampo 自西元 1920 年便採用此角色作為標誌。

有別於麥芽香氣濃郁的健力士醇黑生啤酒和以主打清爽葡萄柚芬芳的雪夫赫葡萄柚小麥啤酒，克魯斯康保啤酒並沒有太突出的特色，走的是四平八穩的安全牌路線，因此相較而言有些缺乏記憶點。

有著金黃酒體的克魯斯康保啤酒，泡沫並不綿密、消失的速度也很快，雖然入口時相當清爽、順口，但入喉後有柔和苦味，且在泡沫消失後更加明顯，排斥啤酒苦味的人恐怕會退步三尺，但搭配各式下酒菜（tapas）或麵食仍很不錯、尤其適合冰涼飲用。

克魯斯康保啤酒給我的整體感覺，說實在的與台灣自產啤酒相差不遠，因此吸引力不大。反倒在研究 Cruzcampo 品牌背景時，意外發現了歷史地標 La Cruz del Campo，未來有機會去西班牙旅遊，一定要親眼見見這座「田野間的十字架」！
